1. Introduction & definitions
Welcome to Talasim, a social platform that aims to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for users to interact and meet. By using this site or any of its services, you voluntarily and irrevocably acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the site or its services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the site/app administration. Please read them carefully before using our services. • Site/App: the Talasim platform providing chat and social discovery services, whether via the website or mobile apps. • User: any person who creates an account on the platform to interact and use the available services under these terms. • Administration: the entity that owns and operates Talasim and is responsible for its technical and legal management, operation, and maintenance, including enforcing these terms and taking appropriate action against violations, up to suspending or terminating offending accounts. • Service: all services Talasim provides, including but not limited to creating accounts, customizing profiles, sending and receiving public and private messages, sharing media and voice notes, wall posts, and using search tools to connect with other users.
2. Eligibility
To access Talasim or use any of its services, you must have reached the legal age (18 or older) under the laws of your country of residence. By using Talasim and creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are legally qualified to be bound by these terms. Minors (under the legal age) are strictly prohibited from accessing or using Talasim and must leave immediately. If the administration determines that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements, it reserves the full right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the account without prior notice.
3. Joining & registration
3.1 Registration requirements: • You must be 18 or older. • The email used must be valid. • Registering with inappropriate or offensive names is prohibited. • Each user may hold only one account. 3.2 User responsibility: • You are fully responsible for your activity on Talasim, and all your interactions and data must comply with these terms. • Using the account for illegal or fraudulent purposes — including system manipulation or promoting unlawful content — is prohibited. • Sharing your account credentials (username and password) is prohibited. You are fully responsible for any activity through your account, whether authorized by you or resulting from your failure to protect your login details. • If you know or suspect your account has been compromised or used without your permission, notify the administration immediately at [email protected]. Until a notice is received and confirmed, you are considered the account user and bear full legal responsibility for all activity through it. • The account is for personal use only; granting, lending, selling, transferring, or allowing any other party to use it is prohibited. 3.3 Account cancellation: • The administration may cancel or disable any account that violates the terms or engages in illegal activity, without prior notice. • If an account is cancelled or disabled, the user remains responsible for any activity carried out before cancellation. • You may request permanent deletion of your account via account settings. Some data may be retained for a period as required by law. • Even after deletion, you remain responsible for any activity or content posted during your use of the site.
4. Public/private chats & the friends wall
The site provides public chat, private conversations, and friends-wall posts, supporting text, multimedia (images, videos, voice notes), and links within the limits set out in this agreement. • Posting or sharing any offensive, unlawful, or rights-infringing content is prohibited, whether via chat or wall posts. • Sharing pornographic, racist, incendiary, or political material, or any content contrary to public decency or that offends others or breaks the law, is prohibited. • Flooding and repetition in chats and on the wall are prohibited and may lead to rank reduction, suspension, or deletion without prior notice. • Users bear full responsibility for all interactions and content they exchange or post. • The site reserves the right to monitor content when necessary and take action such as removing offending posts or banning/deleting offending accounts, without prior notice. • The site provides a reporting mechanism for abuse or violations, and appropriate action is taken per its policies.
5. Permitted & prohibited conduct
5.1 Acceptable conduct: • Treat others with respect and courtesy; refrain from direct or indirect abuse. • Keep a friendly discussion environment free of provocation or hostility. • Comply with all applicable laws and do not post content that violates them. • Report any suspicious content or activity that breaches the terms. • Encourage constructive discussion. 5.2 Prohibited conduct: 🚫 The following are strictly prohibited in user-generated content (UGC); any violation results in content removal and a permanent account ban: • Child exploitation: any content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the competent authorities. • Immoral content: any media or text that is offensive, indecent, or promotes rejected behavior. • Illegal content: anything that conflicts with local or international law, threatens security, or incites violence. • Misleading content: false information or rumors that harm others or spread chaos. • Harassment & violence: any form of harassment, verbal abuse, threats, or violence. • Impersonation: impersonating any person or entity or creating fake accounts. • Others' personal information: publishing or sharing anyone's information without explicit consent. • Spam, suspicious links, and unauthorized promotion. • Unauthorized data collection or user tracking without consent. • Promoting illegal activities such as scams, fraud, or extortion. • Unauthorized advertising in any form on the site. • Attacking beliefs, religions, peoples, races, or religious/political figures. • Engaging in political or religious debates or stirring disputes around them.
6. Moderation & disciplinary actions
The Talasim administration reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any user who breaches the terms, as required by law to protect users and ensure a safe environment. Actions include: • Warnings or notices to the user. • Temporary account suspension. • Permanent ban and account termination. • Legal reporting when necessary. The administration also reserves the right to monitor and log user activity on the platform for moderation and security, in line with the site's policies and the law.
7. Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions grant additional perks but are subject to strict compliance with proper conduct and all terms of use. 🚫 Paid subscribers must not: • Abuse others or use profanity or content contrary to morals. • Insult, defame, threaten, or extort any user. • Misuse granted privileges or manipulate the system. • Encroach on another subscriber or interfere in their affairs. • Use the platform in ways that harm others or degrade their experience. • Share account credentials with others. • Use the subscription for commercial or promotional purposes without explicit permission. • Post racist or incendiary content or content relating to religion or politics. The subscriber acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms relating to the paid subscription. Any violation entitles the administration to cancel the subscription immediately with no obligation to refund any amounts paid. The site applies a no-refund policy for any paid subscription under any circumstances, before or after use.
8. Privacy & data protection
8.1 Data we collect: • We collect data such as email and username solely for account registration and managing related services. • Your password security is your sole responsibility; it is stored encrypted, we cannot access or read it, and we do not provide any user with their password if lost. You can change or recover it automatically via your registered email. • User data is not shared with any third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law from competent authorities. • You may request deletion of your data at any time under applicable laws. 8.2 Data storage: • User data is stored securely and protected under applicable data-protection laws. • Some data may be retained for a limited period for security and administrative purposes, in line with the site's policies and legal requirements.
9. Disclaimer
• Talasim bears no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from its use, including data loss, service interruption, technical errors, viruses, or unauthorized access. You are responsible for protecting your devices and information. • Talasim does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and reserves the right to modify services without prior notice. • You bear full responsibility for your interactions with others. Everything posted in public chats, private conversations, or on the wall is the sole responsibility of its author and does not necessarily reflect the site's views. • Automatic filtering: the platform uses filtering systems and AI algorithms that automatically scan exchanged media; if adult or indecent content is detected it is blocked and prevented from reaching the other party. You bear full legal responsibility for any content you share. • Content responsibility: any text or media shared via the site is solely the user's responsibility. • Cooperation with authorities: the site complies with applicable laws and cooperates with legal authorities when needed through official channels. 9.1 Limits of liability: the site is not liable for losses arising from account misuse, nor for breaches or data loss due to force majeure or unforeseen events. 9.2 Indemnification: you voluntarily agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site harmless from all claims, losses, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or use of your account, whether authorized by you or due to your negligence.
10. Changes to the terms

12. Termination or suspension of service
The Talasim administration reserves the absolute right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate any user's access, or to stop providing the services in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, for any reason it deems appropriate — including breach of the terms or preserving the safety of the site and its users. The user acknowledges bearing full responsibility for any resulting damage.
